Solid tires are mainly used for low-speed and heavy-duty hoisting vehicles, tractors, and industrial vehicles. Solid tires are also widely used in various industries. Once they are damaged, what should be done?
① When the tire has cracks, holes, blisters, delamination, etc., it should be repaired or overhauled according to the actual situation of the enterprise. When there are continuous cracks around the tire carcass, the tread rubber has been polished, there are large holes, and the carcass lining has annular fractures, the entire circle is separated, and it should be replaced.
② When a small hole is found in the inner tube, hot or cold repair can be performed. That is, the roughness of the damaged part of the inner tube is the surrounding file, paste the fire-fighting repair glue on the damaged part, and make a hole in the middle of the repair glue, then place the tire clamp on the correct fire-fighting repair glue, tighten the screws, and then light the fire-fighting repair glue. The heat-generating agent, wait for 10-15 minutes, then the glue can be tightly bonded.
③Replace it in time: If the inner tube is folded, ruptured, caused by serious rupture, aging, sticky, deformed, etc., we cannot repair it, the company needs to replace it in time. At the same time, the tire pressure should be checked regularly, and the tire pressure should not be refilled in time. Before the high-speed development, we also have to conduct routine inspections to ensure the safety of driving information.
In the daily use of solid tires, many car owners neglect the condition of the tires, which can easily lead to accidents. Only when we need to pay attention to inspection and maintenance, and develop a good driving habit, can we travel the world with peace of mind.
